The company founded by Matthias Oechsler in Ansbach in 1864 is one of the leading companies of the German plastics processing industry and specializes in the production of complex technical parts and assemblies intended for different sectors.

The Oechsler group is represented at 3 German locations as well as in China by a wholly-owned subsidiary, the Oechsler Plastic Products (Taicang) Co. Ltd., and in Romania, by Schneider & Oechsler International s.r.l. (Lipova).

Apart from the core competencies such as development, tool making, and injection molding, Oechsler's range of services includes a string of very innovative plastics engineering technologies (e.g. ceramic injection molding, IMD, polymer bonded magnets etc.).
