Regarding plastics and rubber exports from the island state of Taiwan, those Asian countries less developed in terms of technology are a reliable factor, being the country’s main export partners. But will these countries be able to reflate Taiwan’s exports? Will trade agreements with China help revive economy, after two years of regression? Kunststoffe correspondent for Asia, Petra Thomas-Hasenzahl, looked into these issues at the Taipei Plas trade show.
